So its gone mad again. Work, play, rest, run, climb and if i am lucky i might just get some sleep too. Wow its been fun though. Sky diving now that’s a laugh. Given to me for my birthday by my lovely girl friend, its something that I’ve always wanted to do and now I’ve thrown myself out of a plane i feel great. I asked the instructor to ramp up the level as much as possible and so we decided that by do somersaults out of the plane was the best thing to do to achieve the level desired. The weather was perfect and now i want to do the AFF course in Spain……………who’s keen?

After a night on the beers in true birthday style it was off to Pembroke to brush up on the deep water soloing skills and get in the sea with all this lovely weather that we have been having over the past few days, and long my it continue. We headed to Lydstep first with the early morning high tide then popped in to Mother Careys for a spot of trad. The next day we ventured to Broadhaven Cove and checked out some of the traverses that go around that way, all of which were first class.
