Eryri’s wildest range

Ten Summits, Ogwen to the Sea

The Snowdonia 10 Peak Challenge climbs many of the highest mountains in Wales and crosses the remote Carneddau, starting in the Ogwen Valley and finishing at the coast. The route is 25 km long with 1,200 m of ascent and descent – and it isn’t to be underestimated.

It’s easier and less technical than the Welsh 3000s, which makes it a great test of fitness and a brilliant stepping stone. For bigger teams, we also run a 42 km version that adds the Snowdon range, and a two-day option.
