Just got back from a climbing trip to Cornwall, lots of great climbing was done, such as Rock Dancer and Eyefull Tower. Climbed at loads of good crags. One to note is Vallen Head the route True North has suffered rock fall and the middle section of pitch 2 is no longer.
We climbed at Kendijack on the 2nd day, doing Rock Dancer the classic E1 and a few others. The waves were massive thanks to the hurricane that was hitting us and we decided to run away before the high tide came in. We headed over to Sennen Cove and the waves were the biggest i’ve seen in the UK, some were crash over the top of the crag at the highest point as we were try to take photos!!
These waves were hitting the cliffs and then coming up over my head of where i was standing taking the photo!!! 35 meters above the sea!!!
